Layton is doing better.  His creatine is down to .6 and his BUN is 19.  We are attributing the high creatine to a medication he was on for his Staph infection and also a high Prograf level.  Prograf is a daily immunosuppressant medication he takes and it can be toxic to the kidney.  His Prograf levels have been on the high side for the past few weeks so they are working on adjusting the daily amount he is given.  His ultrasound also looked good.  We are now scheduled to return home next Friday.
